Rachel became a trainer in 2010 working in Portland Oregon and now resides in Kalispell, Montana. In the last 13 years she has completed multiple certifications which include: CF L1 and L2, CF kids, CF gymnastics, USA weightlifting, CF weightlifting, Precision Nutrition, and NASM. She specializes in CrossFit, weightlifting and powerlifting and has competed at the NW CrossFit regionals 3 separate years. Her passion is wellness and long term health and to guide others in finding confidence within themselves, to provide support and accountability, and to help busy adults create healthier habits with nutrition.

Rachel shares her personal journey overcoming an eating disorder and how she has embodied a soulful life that empowers her in motherhood, business, life and beyond! We dish on the following:
